BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terrace Tapas & Wine Bar is a small, family-run business relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations.
We therefore kindly request that diners give us 48 hours notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required. Cancellation is free if you give 48 hours notice. A CHARGE OF £25 PER PERSON WILL BE MADE IF CANCELLATION TERMS ARE NOT MET as our produce, staff etc will be here, paid for and ready to look after you. Cancellation must be done via the "Cancel" button at the bottom of your original confirmation email so that you receive written cancellation confirmation and avoid the charge.
For all reservations we require your debit/credit card details. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. For further information, please visit: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.
Unfortunately, our experience of guests failing to cancel or amend bookings has made this precaution necessary. We are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late. We will hold your table for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit. Although we have a couple of vegan dishes on our menu, we are not a vegan restaurant so please ensure you are happy with the menu before booking.
Children 6-14 years are very welcome at tables before 6.30pm. We do not have high chairs or baby changing facilities. Due to the age of the building and slightly uneven floor, tables cannot be moved or pushed together. By making a reservation at The Terrace Tapas and Wine Bar you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED WRITTEN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
