Our suppliers

Ivan Clark

Ivan and his family have almost 100 years of butchery experience between them. They supply the steak mince for our Albondigas, the French trimmed lamb and the succulent pork loin.

Jamonarium

To keep our food 100% authentic we import all out Jamon, Iberico chorizo, Salchichon and Cecina from the wonderful Jamonarium in Barcelona.

Brindisa

The wonderful Spanish supplier of our Chorizo sausage,  twelve month matured Manchego and oh so creamy Valdeon picos blue cheese.

Tapas Lunch Co.

Suppliers of the fabulous Gordal olives, Spanish honey, rice  and Spanish saffron used in a variety of our dishes.

Moore Wines

All our wines have been carefully chosen and come from the less commercial vineyards from around the world where the wine is produced with a real passion

GT Ales

A pair of best mates who go back about 30 years and love a decent pint. After lengthy careers in building and marketing, their passion for individual, tasty beers, inspired them to start creating their own, and so in 2013, GT Ales was born. Recent additions to our menu and have proved incredibly popular!
